Dear Friend,

As your Representative, my focus has always been on delivering real results for North Texas. Last week, I was honored with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Jefferson – Hamilton Award for Bipartisanship, which recognizes Members of Congress who demonstrate a commitment to advancing bipartisan solutions that address our nation’s problems and move our economy forward. I was awarded a 96% score for being among the most bipartisan members of the House. 

Whether it is securing the Garland VA Medical Center or passing a job-creating trade agreement with Mexico I have made it a priority to work together and to deliver results. 

I will always put North Texas first and do all I can to find areas of bipartisan agreement that help grow our economy to support our businesses and workers. This pandemic has been especially difficult for our workers and small businesses, which is why I was proud to join my colleagues from both sides of the aisle in passing relief to help small businesses and North Texas families throughout the past year. 

I’m honored to receive the U.S. Chamber’s award and will continue to seek out common-sense solutions that will help us build back better and expand our economy in a way that works for all North Texans.
