John -
This week, the Senate is set to take a vote to try to advance the For the People Act.

With our democracy and the right to vote under attack, this is critical legislation for the future of our country.

Will you add your name to join me in calling on the Senate to pass the For the People Act? It’s urgent that we take action to defend our democracy and the right to free and fair elections. [[link removed]]

Across the country, Republicans are attacking the right to vote to try to entrench their power.

We’ve seen this playbook first hand in North Carolina — from unconstitutional voting laws to extreme gerrymandering.

The For the People Act is our chance to strengthen democracy and return power to the voters — not politicians and corporate interests.

Voting is fundamental to our democracy, and we must protect access to the ballot box at the state and federal levels. That’s why we need the Senate to act now.

Add your name today to call on the Senate to pass the For the People Act. We need to make sure our elected leaders understand the urgency of this moment and act accordingly. [[link removed]]

I am proud to support the For the People Act and will always fight to protect the right to vote in the U.S. Senate.
