Dear Patriot,
Last week, we had two huge victories in Court, but also fell on the short end of the stick on the Obamacare case.
We obtained a major nationwide injunction against the Biden Administration related to oil-and-gas production on federal lands, prevailed in a huge religious liberty case, and unfortunately saw the high court duck the question about the constitutionality of the individual mandate.
This week, we are pushing hard on multiple fronts. First, we are rallying many people to convince the U.S. Senate to oppose S. 1, the bill which advances the federal takeover of elections. Second, we are all in to oppose the confirmation of David Chipman, to serve as director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. 21 state chief legal officers oppose his nomination.
As one of the most aggressive attorneys general in America, I take my role to Defend America from the many threats emerging against our Constitution very seriously. This week will be a pivotal one as we push back against the far-left’s efforts to placate some of their key constituencies.
I hope all of you dads had a Happy Father’s Day. My Dad died twenty years ago, but I still think about him a lot — he taught me so much. He is one of the major reasons I developed my work ethic and have conservative values.
Today, I will take a few minutes to think about what more I can do to Defend America and protect our country during these difficult times. In a one-party town (Washington, D.C.) it’s so critical that state AGs step up and fight back.
We are fully engaged in the fight and will keep advancing for freedom. Let us know what more you we can do.
Thanks for having our back. Stay tuned during the final days of this month as we work to gain critical momentum.
