My team got some tough news recently: Sabato’s Crystal Ball has rated PA-07 as a “toss-up," meaning that this seat that we all fought so hard to win could easily slip back to a Republican. I am personally committed to not letting that happen, but I will need a lot of help from others!

If the election were held today here in PA-07, it could be decided with the flip of a coin. And with control of the House on the line, we can’t afford to risk losing a single seat.

Trust me, I wish I didn’t have to send you these emails so far ahead of Election Day.

But Republicans have already started targeting me because they think this is a winnable seat. Last quarter, my Republican opponent outraised me (and contributed $500,000 of her own money!) and now the GOP regards me as vulnerable, which green lights their spending on this race.
