Ever since workers gained the right to unionize, veterans have been strong members of unions advocating for their rights in the workplace. Unfortunately, Republicans and anti-labor advocates have systematically whittled away those rights over the years.

The PRO (Protecting the Right to Organize) Act will help reverse that trend and strengthen workers’ right to collectively bargain without punishment. This legislation will:

• Make sure all veteran workers, and all workers, can join a union if they want to.
• Stop corporations from retaliating against veterans and working people who support the right to unionize.
• Prevent the retaliatory firing of striking workers.
• Repeal the so-called “right-to-work” laws, which really mean “right to work for less.”

Organizing for better working conditions is patriotic. So please, sign our petition calling on the Senate to pass the PRO Act now.
