Hi John,
My name is Ryan Gellert and I’m the CEO of Patagonia. For our company, voting accessibility is a priority because it creates the foundation for progress on every issue we care about. The health and legitimacy of our democracy relies on every eligible voter being able to make their voice heard equally. And if we don’t act together, it will be harder for our employees and customers -- especially for Black, Brown, young, disabled, and working-class voters -- to cast their ballot.

If signed into law, the For the People Act would be the most important piece of civil rights legislation our nation has seen since the Civil Rights Act. It would expand voting rights, help end voter suppression, and modernize the voting process.
