We must win in 2019 AND in 2020. If we're able to flip the General Assembly this year, we'll be that much closer to keeping Virginia blue in 2020. By preventing my seat from falling into a Trump-supporting Republican's hands, we'll have a much better chance of retaking the Senate.

And a Democratic Senate majority will be able to -- finally -- pass commonsense legislation that'll benefit every American.
