John, I'm excited to share the latest from CRC with you:

  • Who will win the redistricting battles?
With the 2020 Census behind us, the country will now endure redistricting battles for the U.S. House of Representatives and state legislatures. The Left's "dark money" activists are fighting to ensure those maps favor Democrats. From Eric Holder's redistricting litigation group to a donors' group of roughly 90 left-wing mega-funders, the Left has all hands on deck. CRC's Hayden Ludwig reports on all the actors here.
  • Who's the biggest hypocrite on "disinformation"?
The Left is smearing non-left-wing news sources as "disinformation," in hopes of silencing any information flow not under its control. But there's a problem:  multiple left-wing donors who are loudly denouncing "disinformation" are simultaneously financing their own disinformation campaigns. I call out their hypocrisy here.
  • What does Antifa want?
No movement on the American Left except perhaps Black Lives Matter has captured the attention of media and the general populace quite like Antifa. This loosely organized movement is characterized by its aggressive and directly confrontational opposition to what it deems fascism and its embrace of radical left anarchist and communist ideologies. CRC's Robert Stilson delves into what makes Antifa tick here.
  • Are the Confucius Institutes rebranding?
On Thursday, two House Republicans wrote a letter to Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona asking for a status update on the federal law that requires colleges to report large gifts from foreign sources. Of particular concern are the Confucius Institutes, which have been closing across the country. Or are they just rebranding as part of continued Chinese influence operations? CRC's Sarah Lee reports on the latest developments here.

The Fall of the
Digital Town Square

Like an authoritarian regime, Big Tech unilaterally decides to silence opinions, people, and even news stories that don't comport with their ideological preferences. Perhaps you've tolerated their behavior, believing private companies can "do what they want." What happens when those unchecked censors get around to silencing your views? Because odds are, if left unchecked, they someday will.

Do you trust Big Tech billionaires with that kind of power?
