The Autism Speaks Potomac 5K is just three weeks away and we're saving a spot for you. We are thrilled to announce that our permit has been approved and we are officially running together in person on July 4^th!

What does this mean? It’s time to lace up those running shoes for an event that means so much more than just 3.1 miles. Gather your friends, family and coworkers and save your spot on the start line before the price increases on July 1. 

Can’t join us in person on July 4^th? No problem! No matter where you are, you can join us to run on kindness as a virtual runner. Whether in a park, around town, or on a treadmill, the miles you run will make a BIG impact.
