Election observers to Poland’s parliamentary elections to hold news conference on Monday

Warsaw, 11 October 2019 – Observers from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) will hold a news conference to present their preliminary conclusions following the parliamentary elections in Poland.

What:

  • A news conference of the international observers sent by ODIHR to the parliamentary elections in Poland.
  • The news conference is open to all, but only questions from journalists will be taken.

Who:

  • Ambassador Jan Petersen, Head of the ODIHR election observation mission
  • Tamara Otiashvili, Deputy Head of the ODIHR election observation mission

When:

  1. 14.00 on 14 October 2019

The Limited Election Observation Mission (LEOM) included 10 experts from across the OSCE region based in Warsaw, as well as 10 long-term observers deployed throughout Poland for the duration of the election period.
