Since Dem AG Mark Herring won the Democratic nomination, his radical Republican opponent has spent every day attacking him – whether through tweets, during interviews, or on the debate stage.

Friend, this just proves what we know: Republicans will say and spend anything to beat AG Herring and flip this critical seat red.

It’s only been 11 days since Virginia’s Democratic primary and they’re already tossing attack after attack. Can you help us respond to Republican attacks on Dem AGs like AG Herring by making a $5 donation now?

The reason why radical Republican Jason Miyares is attacking AG Herring is simple: he knows he can’t win this race on his own record or his radical Republican vision.

Here are just a few votes Miyares made as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates:

• Voted against Medicaid expansion that would have left 500,000 Virginians without health care.
• Voted against commonsense gun violence prevention proposals, like universal background checks, a red flag law, and the one handgun gun per month rule.
• Voted against a litany of criminal justice reform proposals including preventing “no-knock search warrants,” minimum training standards for law enforcement officers, and the requirement for officers to intervene if they see another officer engaging in excessive force.
• Voted against marijuana legalization.
