Ballotpedia reports that the five highest-paid governors were found in California ([link removed]) at $201,680, New York ([link removed]) at $200,000, Pennsylvania ([link removed]) at $194,850, Tennessee ([link removed]) at $194,112, and Massachusetts ([link removed]) at $185,000.
The states with the five lowest gubernatorial salaries in 2018 were Maine ([link removed]) at $70,000, Colorado ([link removed]) at $90,000, Arizona ([link removed]) at $95,500, Oregon ([link removed]) at $98,600, and Kansas ([link removed]) at $99,636.
