Let’s be frank: Mitch McConnell doesn’t care about you or me, John. All he cares about is power. Don’t take it from me -- take it from President Obama, who pulled no punches in blasting Mitch McConnell’s “dispassionate pursuit of power” in his book.

Mitch and the Republicans were obstructionists all throughout Obama’s presidency -- and now it’s happening AGAIN. We gotta defeat them and send them packing, John. The more Democrats we elect, the better.

We don’t have to look very hard to find a VERY RECENT example of his obstruction. Just the other day, Mitch McConnell openly admitted that he has NO INTEREST in helping the American people. Instead:

I don’t know about you, but I want to see a Washington that works for the voters who sent folks like Mitch there (and pay their salaries).
