Fellow Conservative,
On May 11, the “Corrupt Politicians Act” (S.1) failed to pass out of the Senate Rules committee, an important step before a bill can be added to the Senate calendar and receive a vote on the Senate floor.

But on Wednesday night, Leader Chuck Schumer used Senate Rule 14 to bypass committees and move a newly introduced and ever-so-slightly-different version of the “Corrupt Politicians Act” directly onto the Senate calendar, where it can receive a vote.

This new version of the Corrupt Politicians Act (S. 2093) includes some Democratic amendments that were blocked in committee. Schumer has also insinuated that Sen. Manchin’s suggested edits could be included as amendments to get Manchin to support the bill, force a party line vote, and move toward nuking the filibuster.

The vote for the #CorruptPoliticiansAct will likely be on Tuesday, June 22.

Call your Senators on Monday – say “NO” to the #CorruptPoliticiansAct.

New Activist Toolkit
As Senator Schumer fights for The Corrupt Politicians Act in the Senate, Speaker Pelosi is laying the groundwork for a companion bill to further rig our election rules.

This #PelosiPowerGrab is officially titled the “John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act.” It has yet to be formally introduced in 2021, but will likely receive the bill number H.R. 4, as that was its bill number in the last session of Congress.

This second bill is just as bad as the #CorruptPoliticiansAct, and would give federal employees a veto power over state election laws.

Partisan bureaucrats would have free reign to overturn voter ID laws and ensure paid political operatives can go door-to-door to harvest ballots.

This bill is disguised under a nice name, but is actually just another partisan power grab.

>>>READ: A recent study by Newsbusters showed between ABC, NBC, and CBS, there was 96% negative coverage of election integrity bills in Republican states, while barely even mentioning the #CorruptPoliticiansAct.

Texas

This week, the Texas Democrats who walked out of session to stop voting on election integrity bills were flown to D.C. by Vice President Harris to lobby for S.1.

You can decide which is more ironic:

1. VP Harris flying lawmakers from a border state to DC so she can continue to avoid visiting the border for herself.

OR

2. Democrat lawmakers claiming voting rights are under attack just two weeks after walking out and blocking a vote in order to suppress the will of Texas voters.

Read our full statement on this hypocrisy and check out Rep. Chip Roy (R-Tex.) calling out the VP on the House floor for not confronting the siege at the border.

Wisconsin

The Wisconsin Legislature passed a strong bill this week to limit private election funding and create stricter guidelines for who can be a vote tabulator. This bill is a great step towards making it easy to vote and hard to cheat in Wisconsin.

The right is starting to stand up and fight back against critical race theory. This ideology teaches children to view each other by the color of their skin, not by the content of their character. We need all hands on deck to stop the Left’s path to Marxism. Visit our critical race theory toolkit to learn what you can do in your community to keep CRT out of your schools.

Thank you to all who came out to our “Education Not Indoctrination'' rally in Loudoun County, VA this past weekend. So many parents and grandparents showed up to raise their voice against teaching our children they are inherently predetermined as an oppressor or victim because of their skin color. Parents are committed to keeping racist teaching out of their children’s schools- let’s keep this momentum going!

This Sunday is Father’s Day, and we could have spent a whole newsletter talking about the importance of fathers in our society. Study after study shows children do better with an honorable father in their life.

As Abraham Lincoln put it, “No man stands taller than when he stoops to help a child.”

Thank you fathers!
