The right-wing Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case that directly challenges Roe v. Wade and could dangerously roll back reproductive rights.

With the right to choose at stake, John Hickenlooper has cosponsored the Women’s Health Protection Act (WHPA) to protect equal access to abortion.

For over 50 years, the Supreme Court decision in Roe v. Wade has supported a woman’s right to make her own health care decisions. But state legislatures and conservative groups are still working non-stop to strip away that right.

From appointing anti-choice judges to defunding Planned Parenthood and threatening to jail doctors, it’s clear national Republicans do not care about women’s rights or reproductive health.

The WHPA would protect the right to access an abortion — and the right of a provider to deliver these services no matter what the Supreme Court decides.
