John, in case you forgot, *this* is the false garbage that Donald Trump shared with millions of his supporters via Facebook on January 6:
Posts like this one are what directly incited the deadly, white supremacist insurrection on January 6. Even Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg admitted that Trump used Facebook "to incite violent insurrection against a democratically elected government."
But now, Facebook is now preparing to potentially welcome him back to the platform after his temporary ban… after just a two-year suspension.
This unconscionable, irresponsible decision comes despite the fact that Trump continues to spread lies about the 2020 election. Giving Trump back his platform to spread disinformation and lies poses a direct and imminent threat to our democracy, John, so we're coming to you for your help.

By reinstating Trump, Facebook would be handing him the megaphone through which he incited an insurrection – without implementing meaningful design or enforcement changes to prevent the worst from happening again. As recently as last week, Trump was still pressuring GOP lawmakers to conduct "forensic audits" of ballots in states like Arizona and Pennsylvania.
Facebook is putting American lives and democracy at risk. And all of us at Women's March must refuse to accept that as the cost of business. We urge Facebook to immediately reverse their decision and permanently ban Donald Trump from the platform.

Thank you for speaking up,
Women's March
P.S. Together, Women's Marchers came together to pressure Twitter to kick Trump off the platform. We did it, John, and now we must do the same with Facebook to make sure he can never be allowed to incite another deadly insurrection. Add your name right now to tell Facebook to make Trump's ban permanent.
