The Supreme Court ruled against a challenge to the ACA yesterday, leaving the law intact and maintaining lifesaving healthcare coverage for over 30 million Americans -- including 14.8 million newly-eligible, low-income people enrolled in Medicaid expansion as of December. 

 

 

 

We must elect more Democrats to public office to ensure more cases like these don't reach the Supreme Court. The Kansas Democratic Party will continue to advocate for healthcare accessibility as we fight for the rights of all Kansans.
