Dear John

The London Mozart Players and renowned composer Roxanna Panufnik have joined forces to highlight the continuing humanitarian and human rights crisis in Burma/Myanmar after the coup and raise vital funds to help support refugees fleeing the brutality of military attacks.

Today they have released a brand-new video of Roxanna Panufnik’s beautiful piece ‘Letters from Burma’.

All funds raised from the performance will go to Burma Campaign UK's sister charity Advance Myanmar to help support refugees fleeing attacks by the Burmese military.

Over 200,000 people have been forced to flee their homes since the coup in February. Advance Myanmar is providing emergency aid to thousands of villagers fleeing military attacks. It is helping people escape arrest and torture, and reach places of safety. It is funding the building of shelter, food, clothing and medical care for protesters who have fled to ethnic areas for safety.

We are extremely grateful to the London Mozart Players for their support.

You can help their appeal by making a donation to Advance Myanmar here. ([link removed])

Thank you.
