Team — We just celebrated the anniversary of DACA this week, but today is another important milestone in our fight to protect undocumented youth.
Today is the one-year anniversary of our unlikely and unexpected victory when the Supreme Court upheld DACA.
Since the inception of the DACA program four years ago, we have had to defend it from right-wing attacks — from President Trump himself and in federal and local courts.
With Judge Hanen in Texas expected to make a decision on the future of the program soon, we’re helping as many immigrant youth as we can apply for DACA.
That’s why we’re asking you to make a donation today to our DACA Application Fund — where 100% of the proceeds will go toward covering the cost of application for immigrant youth. Will you help protect immigrant youth before it’s too late?

So far this year, we have been able to write 645 checks for immigrant youth applying for DACA — and that’s entirely thanks to the grassroots contributions from folks like you who support our DACA Application Fund.
Our communities and the immigrant youth who rely on DACA have been waiting anxiously for an announcement to be made by Judge Hanen for months.
Now with a decision looming, our goal is to help as many immigrant youth apply for DACA as we can in case of an unfavorable decision.
So today, on the anniversary of last year’s Supreme Court victory, we’re revamping our DACA Application Fund to lower the financial barriers for immigrant youth looking to apply for DACA. Will you make a contribution today to help?
