Here is the latest from the campaign trail.

Recently, I was in Talbot County meeting with the watermen. These folks are the backbone of the Chesapeake economy; they represent our history, values, and culture. The watermen are also our future - together we can preserve the bay and build a sustainable economy for the next generation.

One of the watermen in the group was hospitalized with COVID last year. He was saddled with over $100,000 in medical bills and had no insurance. The family is now facing bankruptcy. With no other choice, this proud, hard working man set up a GoFundMe page. Can you imagine? A GoFundMe page - that is not a health insurance plan. Fortunately, the Supreme Court upheld the Affordable Care Act this week. That waterman's family, and our great workers, now have a chance for decent health care - but just not with Andy Harris in office.

America is a great country. Yet, we have big challenges ahead. To seize our future, we need vision, leadership, and courage.

Instead, we have Andy Harris.
