challenge to the Affordable Care Act, rejecting the Trump administration’s bid
to get the entire health care law thrown out.

 

Wall Street Journal: House Votes to Repeal 2002 Iraq War Law.

 The House voted 268-161 Thursday to revoke the 2002 law that authorized war in
Iraq, reviving a long-simmering debate over Congress’s constitutional power to
declare war and the commander in chief’s latitude to send American troops into
combat abroad.

 President Joe Biden told reporters Wednesday he gave Russian President
Vladimir Putin a list of 16 critical infrastructure "entities" that must be
"off-limits" to cyberattacks and hinted at major retaliation from the United
States should Russia allow continued malign activity in the sphere.
