Last night’s opening gala for Drawing the Connections was an incredible evening of art and activism. My favorite parts were the words from the artists and seeing all the joy and engagement, even in the chat. Thank you to everyone who attended and supported BCAction in this way.

Our deepest gratitude goes out to our dynamic speakers: Favianna Rodriguez, Gaye Hyre, and Christy Chan. Thank you to Caro Novella for a grounding closing ceremony. Our emcee Gabbi Poccia did a great job as our guide through the event. And of course, many thanks to all our incredible artists, without whom we’d have no auction, and without whom movement work would not be as colorful.
