John,

Arizona's Oak Flat, located in the Tonto National Forest, could soon be handed over to international mining conglomerate Rio Tinto for a massive, destructive copper mine. This beautiful place on public land is sacred to the Apache and other Native peoples.

Congress can stop this by passing the Save Oak Flat Act, which would overturn the land swap and protect Oak Flat’s profound cultural value and natural beauty.

Ask your representative to cosponsor the bill and help pass it as soon as possible: [link removed]
