Earlier this year, President Biden signed the American Rescue Plan into law to help families put food on the table, keep businesses open and workers paid, and bolster our vaccination efforts. One of the most significant provisions in this law was the expanded Child Tax Credit, which provides for up to $300 a month to qualifying families to help them make ends meet.

Many people are eligible to receive the child tax credit in monthly increments, not just when they filed their taxes. That is why I will be hosting a Facebook Live event on Monday, June 21st at 5pm PST and will be joined by community experts to explain who qualifies for up to $300 in monthly payments.
