Bad news: Mitch McConnell just admitted that if Republicans retake the Senate in 2022, as Majority Leader, he would block President Biden’s Supreme Court nominees in 2024 and he may not even allow a hearing in 2023 if a seat was open then.
With the FEC deadline less than two weeks away, the stakes for holding the Senate majority are higher than ever. If you can, chip in now to help keep McConnell out of power. >>

Make no mistake, McConnell’s focus has always been on partisan political maneuvering and catering to the corporate special interests that keep him in power -- not the American people.
- EIGHT MONTHS before the 2016 election, McConnell blocked President Obama’s Supreme Court nominee, Merrick Garland, from receiving a hearing and called his decision “the single most consequential thing I’ve done in my time as Majority Leader of the Senate.”
- EIGHT DAYS before the 2020 election, McConnell did whatever it took to confirm Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Amy Coney Barrett, when tens of millions of Americans had already voted.
McConnell will stop at nothing to put his hand-picked judges on the court. We need to elect Dignity of Work leaders who will be champions for workers in Ohio and every corner of the country. If you can, please chip in whatever you can before the FEC deadline. Every dollar makes a difference.
With gratitude,
Sherrod
