Earlier today, I announced that the Supreme Court rejected the latest attempt to eliminate Obamacare. Some of you reached out wondering how Washington State was involved in this landmark case.
Republican Attorneys General, led by indicted Texas AG Ken Paxton, launched a legal assault on the Affordable Care Act. The Trump Administration failed to fulfill their duty to defend the law in court. Consequently, I joined a team of Democratic Attorneys General who stepped in to defend this critical law.
This victory demonstrates how important the Office of Attorney General is to Washingtonians. Will you give $20 or more to help me keep fighting for you?

The Supreme Court’s ruling will maintain access to affordable health care for 825,000 Washingtonians — including thousands with pre-existing conditions. It will also prevent prescription drug prices from going up for more than a million Washingtonians on Medicare.
Republican AGs are obsessed with trying to stop Obamacare. Don’t forget — a decade ago my predecessor Republican Rob McKenna made Washington State a party (that means you!) to the first lawsuit challenging Obamacare. Washingtonians were outraged by this decision. Thanks to your support, you now have an Attorney General who successfully defends Obamacare, rather than attacks it.
Despite today’s victory, we know the attacks on access to health care won’t stop — that’s why I’m asking for your support:
