After months of review, the US Supreme Court voted today in a 7-2 decision to uphold the Affordable Care Act.

As the Co-Chair of the Democratic Attorneys General Association, I worked with Attorneys General across the nation on filing a critical amicus brief with the Supreme Court in support of the ACA.

The Affordable Care Act provides health coverage to thousands of working families in Nevada and millions nationwide. As the Nevada Attorney General, I’m committed to protecting affordable access to healthcare and will relentlessly defend this in court.

Yesterday was a victory for our country and a defiance of the Trump administration’s federal overreach into our healthcare.

Now I remain vigilant but know that we can’t take anything for granted. That’s why I’m running for re-election to continue serving as Nevada’s Attorney General, and I need your help.

Republicans think they have the advantage in the upcoming midterm elections, and they are going to go all-in against me — just like they did in 2018 when I first ran.
