In a radio interview earlier this week, Mitch McConnell made it clear he would stonewall the next Supreme Court nominee if he wins the Senate.

We can’t take his threat lightly — McConnell has proved time and again that he’ll do anything to block our progress.

Remember when he blocked President Obama’s Supreme Court nominee, Merrick Garland, from getting a hearing in 2016 then rushed through the confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett just days before the 2020 election?!

John: this is an emergency. The Supreme Court is already packed with Trump’s right-wing judges that will issue rulings on everything from the Right to Choose and the Affordable Care Act any day now.

We have to keep McConnell out of the Senate Majority if we want any chance of defending President Biden’s agenda.
