We’ve had an exciting couple of weeks on the campaign trail! Some highlights:

We received the End Citizens United endorsement!

Josh is proud to have received the endorsement of End Citizens United, a group dedicated to reforming our campaign finance system and making our elections more fair and open. One of his first acts in Congress this session was to back the bipartisan HR1, which included campaign finance reform to get dark money out of politics. He also co-sponsored bipartisan legislation to keep foreign money out of our elections. Thank you, End Citizens United!

Josh met with representatives from the American Legion and the VA Medical Centers in the district to solve problems our veterans are facing when they’re seeking care. Read about their meeting in the New Jersey Herald here.

It's unacceptable that these veterans face obstacle after obstacle to receiving the healthcare they need from the Department of Veterans Affairs, from month-long delays just to get an appointment, to sudden cancellations, to inadequate resources for psychiatric and mental health services at VA clinics. Josh is making sure our veterans get the care they deserve when they need it.

Josh released a report on the state of lead water in our district, and we need to do better. Josh knows that when it comes to our kids’ health, we can’t cut a single corner and we need complete transparency. Read about Josh’s report here.

Finally, Josh and the entire team have been out in the community helping local candidates as they gear up for state and local races in November 2019. If we want to bring lower taxes and Jersey Values to folks across the state, we need local government on board too. Josh is proud to help out candidates who are ready to work with him on bringing back the SALT deduction, ensure clean water and keep taxes as low as possible.
