John,
Hillary Clinton endorsed Nina Turner’s opponent in the primary for Ohio’s 11th Congressional District. Nina threatens the status quo, that’s why the Democratic establishment will do anything to stop her.
The Democratic Party will do everything it can to stop us from electing Nina and our new slate of 2022 candidates. But we’ve seen this playbook before and we can win if we’re in this together. Can you rush a split donation to Nina Turner and 3 other Justice Democrats — Odessa Kelly, Rana Abdelhamid, and Kina Collins?
We’ve defeated Hillary Clinton’s endorsement before. Last year, Clinton endorsed 31-year incumbent, corporate Democrat, fierce defender of Israel’s right-wing government Eliot Engel against Justice Democrat Jamaal Bowman. And Jamaal crushed Engel. Now, Jamaal is one of the most outspoken advocates for racial and economic justice in Congress.
When you make a contribution today to our slate, you’re telling Hillary Clinton and the Democratic establishment directly that we’ve had it with the status quo. We’re tired of Wall Street and the 1% controlling Congress. We’re tired of corporate interests being put WAY before the needs of working people. We need change now, and that’s why we need to elect new, progressive, working-class leaders.
And with Hillary Clinton’s endorsement, Nina’s opponent will see a huge wave of establishment money and support. We need to send that same level of grassroots support to Nina right away.
The 10 Justice Democrats in Congress have shown the courage and the fight to transform Democratic politics. Imagine what we can do if we elect Nina, Odessa, Rana, and Kina to join them.
Thank you for supporting our candidates at this critical time,
Justice Democrats
