Their number one priority is Georgia, where they are trying to beat Sen. Raphael Warnock. Now, Republicans have their first entry in the race -- state Agricultural Commissioner and vocal Trump supporter Gary Black.
Black has a history of supporting the most radical candidates the Republican Party has to offer, including Doug Collins, who was Trump's preferred choice for Senate in 2022 in Georgia. Black has also expressed sympathy with the conspiracy theorists who tried to overturn the 2020 election results in the state.
John, the first step in protecting our democracy this cycle is defending Raphael Warnock's seat to secure our Senate majority.
Sen. Warnock won by just TWO points in January. Republicans will use every trick in their playbook to unseat him, so we need Democrats to be all in to keep Georgia blue.
There's a lot on the line in this race and this cycle, but our fundraising has plummeted in recent weeks, and we're $2,432 short of our goal to protect the Senate and vulnerable Democrats like Raphael Warnock.
