The Wuhan Institute of Virology has yet to give us an independent and transparent investigation into the origin point of COVID-19. 

That's why I have introduced the "World Deserves to Know Act" to further our efforts to investigate the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Republicans in the House have continuously 🚨sounded the alarm 🚨on needing a concrete investigation into the origins of COVID-19 while Democrats have shielded Communist China from accountability and scrutiny. 

We should not be afraid to confront Communist China.

My bill will impose sanctions on Chinese health officials, who obfuscated actionable information, until they allow an independent, unimpeded investigation into the origin of COVID-19 at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Simply put: We need answers from China.
