California has asked for multiple stays of Judge Benitez's ruling,
and they've requested action from the Ninth Circuit by THIS FRIDAY!

They're petrified that Judge Benitez's temporary stay will come and go on the Fourth of July and usher in a new era of freedom for gun owners.
