The last 15 months have been a challenging part of Nevada’s history. Thousands of families were at risk of eviction and losing their housing during the middle of a global pandemic. As your Attorney General, Aaron worked with our state’s leaders on an eviction moratorium that kept Nevadans at home and off the streets.

In addition, Attorney General Ford joined a multi-party amicus brief in support of the CDC’s eviction moratorium. Aaron knew that these families couldn’t afford to lose their housing in the middle of last year’s crisis. Allowing millions of Americans to be evicted from their homes was unacceptable.
