It’s Don -- Sean’s campaign manager.

One of the main parts of my job is making sure that we have the resources we need to WIN this battleground race. But right now, we’re falling behind where we need to be to hit our biggest fundraising goal yet.

This is a make or break moment for our people-powered campaign. After Sean’s critical FEC public reporting deadline hits at the end of the month, all of our fundraising numbers will be released.

It’s always important for us to reach our fundraising benchmarks, big or small -- but Sean’s FEC deadline is about much more than just raising money for our campaign.

Here’s how our public fundraising data will be used:

1. In-district Republicans deciding whether or not to challenge Sean will check to see how much we’ve raised, then weigh their chances of flipping this seat.
2. National Republican groups targeting our race will assess the strength of our grassroots fundraising operation, then decide how much they’re willing to invest in recruiting and/or propping up a challenger in our district.

Posting strong fundraising numbers tells Republicans that flipping this seat will require a bigger investment -- one that they may not be willing to make. Help us send a message that Sean has the support he needs by pitching in $25 or more today!
