John,
The accepted “wisdom” in Washington, DC is that raising taxes is political dynamite. But new polling, commissioned by Americans for Tax Fairness, shows that nearly 7 in 10 Americans support raising taxes on the rich and corporations.
It’s time for Democrats to stop listening to unreasonable Republican demands and pass President Biden’s jobs and infrastructure plan―paid for by raising $2.3 trillion from Corporate America.

Last year, 55 large U.S. corporations paid $0 in federal income tax on more than $40 billion in profits. President Biden’s corporate tax plan would raise the corporate tax rate from 21% to 28% (far lower than the previous 35% corporate tax rate), close tax loopholes that incentivize corporations to shift jobs and profits offshore, end fossil fuel subsidies, and place a minimum 15% tax on corporations so they can’t get away with paying $0 in taxes.
Donate today to demand Congress pass President Biden’s infrastructure plan―paid for by making Corporate America pay its fair share.
Thank you,

John,
President Biden’s infrastructure plan is hitting potholes in Congress, but we have a plan to fix that.
Republicans demand that any new spending be paid for, but they refuse to roll back even the worst aspects of the Trump-GOP tax scam. Instead, Republicans prefer tax proposals like increasing the gas tax, which is nothing more than a tax on working people.
Corporate Democrats are also squeamish about raising taxes on the rich and corporations―even as 55 of America’s biggest corporations paid no federal income taxes in 2020 and as the wealth of 650 billionaires rose by 55% during the pandemic.
The good news is that we have the American people on our side!
While a slim majority, 52% of voters, support President Biden’s infrastructure plan, a whopping 62% support the plan when they learn it is funded by raising taxes on the rich and corporations, according to a new ATF poll.[1][2]
Donate today to remind politicians that there is no political risk in paying for President Biden’s infrastructure plan by making the rich and corporations pay their fair share. The American people overwhelmingly agree!
President Biden has proposed raising the corporate tax rate from 21% to 28%, closing loopholes that have incentivized multinational corporations to outsource jobs and shift profits to offshore tax havens, placing a 15% minimum tax on corporations so they can’t get away with paying $0 in taxes, ending fossil fuel tax subsidies and more.
While bipartisan talks may sound nice, they’re a dead end because Republicans refuse to budge even one inch on taxes. It’s time for Democrats to stop kowtowing to unreasonable demands. We need action!
Donate today to tell Congress that nearly 7 in 10 voters demand the rich and corporations pay their fair share―and when they do, we can invest in everything from jobs and infrastructure to a care economy.
