Attorney Larry Krasner is under attack.

New emails just revealed that the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s staff
pressured the Philadelphia Inquirer to write misleading articles about
Krasner.

Our team helped elect Krasner. Since he took office, Krasner has provided
a guiding light on reforms to fix our justice system. Powerful actors in
the old-guard political establishment have tried to stop him at every turn
– all to protect their mass incarceration machine. We can’t let them win.

While these attacks are outrageous, they are not a surprise. Krasner
promised a radical overhaul of the justice system, and he has delivered.
His opponents have tried to strip him of key powers. The Trump-supporting
police union also launched billboards attacking him. And now this…

This fight is nationally significant. The district attorney is the
position with the most power to stop mass incarceration, and Larry’s DA
office in Philadelphia is one of the largest in the nation.
