Joe Biden and Kamala Harris ran on the strongest gun safety platform in history, signalling a new era in the fight against gun violence. In his first six months in office, President Biden has taken some meaningful steps to address the epidemic, issuing historic executive orders, nominating an exceptionally qualified candidate to lead ATF, and more.

But as you know, our communities are still being torn apart by gun violence every single day.

We are committed to fighting for a future free from gun violence and that means holding our lawmakers accountable, including the president. Right now, we’re working on our federal advocacy plans for the second half of 2021 and we need input from our top supporters like you.

Are you satisfied with President Biden’s work on gun violence so far?

We know that if we want to see real action to prevent needless bloodshed, we have to keep the pressure on. It has been more than 25 years since a significant federal gun safety law was enacted. We can’t afford to keep waiting. Every day we do, more lives are lost.
