1. Two Republicans just announced they're running against Kelly for US Senate next year, bringing the total number of challengers to three. Republicans think he's vulnerable.

2. The Hill just announced that Kelly is one of four Democratic-held seats most likely to flip red.

If history tells us anything about midterms -- it's that the party in control of the White House tends to lose ground. It's simple: if we lose this seat, we likely lose the Senate.
