Time and time again, Donald Trump has shown us who he is through his words and actions. His recent racist, xenophobic tweets attacking my colleagues--four women of color--continue his pattern of hateful rhetoric.

We must stand up to racism whenever and wherever we see it. That's why I spoke out about his hateful comments and why I supported a House resolution to condemn President Trump's racist remarks.

But we must do more than condemn him and these attacks. We need to show the American people that we will not accept racism, division, and hate from our leaders. I support starting an impeachment inquiry now, and I'll do everything I can to help defeat Trump next November.
