The discussion will include the 3-P Framework proposed by Chantal de Jonge Oudraat and Jana Wattenberg in their WIIS PolicyBrief "A Gender Framework for Arms Control and Disarmament". The idea is to take stock and see how to go beyond the brief and focus on other issues related to arms control and gender.
