Since launching my Senate campaign a few weeks ago, I've been on the road talking directly to Iowan families about what matters most to them.

The truth is, folks are sick and tired of being left behind by politicians who won't lift a finger to help them. Chuck Grassley has spent 4 decades in office, but with all that seniority, what is he doing for Iowa's working families? Farmers are struggling to make a profit, it's harder for families to afford groceries, healthcare and other necessities -- all while Grassley has raked in $2.7 million from corporate PACS.
That's why I decided to run for Senate, because I'm not a regular politician. I'm a farmer, raising hogs and cattle with my family in Manilla. And I'm a lifelong Iowan, rooted in the soil of my local communities and small businesses who've had my back through tough times. For me, this isn't politics - it's personal.

I've heard a lot this week about what folks need right now. Working Iowans want a fair wage as the costs of living continue to skyrocket, and a healthcare system that won't bankrupt them.
Local farmers want someone who will stick up for them when Big Agriculture corporations try to push them off their land, while folks need a common-sense safety net to keep them afloat during hard times.
