We’re in trouble: The 6-3 ultra-conservative supermajority on the Supreme Court is poised to strike down voting rights protections. Again.

For years, Republicans have tried to chip away at the Voting Rights Act in an attempt to suppress the votes of Black and Brown Americans. Their effort to gut this critical law is why states are now able to suppress votes!

Now with a Supreme Court stacked with far-right Trump appointees who want to dismantle democracy one voting rights case at a time, it’s time to #ExpandTheCourt. Adding seats to the bench will restore balance to a Court tilted too far to the right and will safeguard Americans’ constitutional right to vote.
