President Obama took steps to ban the use of the pesticide chlorpyrifos — and like many of Obama's environmental achievements, Donald Trump tried to dismantle that work.
My team partnered with environmental advocates and other state attorneys general to challenge Trump’s reckless policy in court.
It took four years, but we prevailed. Our latest legal victory blocks the use of chlorpyrifos. It protects vulnerable farmworker communities, and prevents further harm to our environment.
