June 15, 2021
Dear John,
Join Family Research Council and Tony Perkins at the 2021 International Religious Freedom Summit, held at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. from July 13-15, 2021. This first-of-its-kind event will bring attention to the plight of persecuted religious groups around the world and empower attendees to make a difference.
With almost 80 percent of the world's inhabitants living in countries with high levels of governmental or societal restrictions on religion, now is the time to join the global movement to advance religious freedom.
Prominent speakers at the first annual IRF Summit include:
- Asia Bibi, a Christian formerly held on death row in Pakistan on blasphemy charges
- Cardinal Timothy Dolan, the Catholic Archbishop of New York
- Andrew Brunson, a Christian missionary formerly detained in a Turkish prison
At the Summit, Family Research Council will be hosting a lunch on Thursday, July 15 entitled "Sanctioned by China: Advocates Speak Out," featuring a discussion between Tony Perkins and high-level U.S. government officials and Chinese victims of religious persecution.
In addition, FRC will be hosting a side event at the Summit highlighting violence against Christians in Africa and what the international community can do about it. This panel will include experts on the issue as well as survivors and witnesses of religious freedom violations on the continent.

We hope to see you there!
