For my Wednesday, June 30th Cooking with the Comptroller virtual event, Chef Stephen Henry & I will be preparing an “Increíble” Avocado Margarita for our “kitchen cocktail,” and “Excelentes” Enchiladas Suizas (cheese or chicken options) for dinner. It will be a special and tasty fiesta, and I hope you will be able to join us via zoom.
As we cook, I’ll share some highlights on my recent efforts to improve our state’s financial outlook and get our economy back on track.
You are invited to cook along with us at home while watching our demonstration, or simply kick back with a cocktail of your own, tune in & keep us company. The list of ingredients, easily available at any grocery store, is below….mmm!
