We set an ambitious rapid-response goal to raise $10,000 by tonight to defend Ayanna against right-wing attacks happening right now. Here’s the situation:
A super PAC associated with the International Union of Police Associations is spending tens of thousands of dollars to spread lies about Ayanna and our fight for justice and equity.
Then yesterday, House Republicans introduced a resolution to censure Ayanna for speaking truth to power and standing up against injustice and oppression everywhere.
We have just hours left to hit our goal and fight back before our midnight deadline — and while we’re getting close, we’re not sure we’re going to get there in time.
Together, we will keep fighting fiercely to advance bold, empathetic policies and advocate for all of our communities. And that’s only possible because of folks like you — who give this movement its power.
