Check in, check up, and check it out!

Hello John,

Men's Health Week is here! This year's theme is Making the Connections, and we're all being asked to 'check in, check up, and check it out' to improve our own health and the health of those around us.

With that in mind, NYCI’s National Youth Health Programme has developed a series of supports to help you flourish by maintaining and supporting your overall wellbeing:

Our wellbeing supports include:

* The Meditation Sessions
* SoulSpace wellbeing seminars

If you have questions about Men's Health Week activities or bespoke sessions for your organisation, I'd love to hear from you (mailto:[email protected]?subject=Men's%20Health%20Week) .
