McConnell Signals GOP Would Block Biden Supreme Court Pick in ‘24

Mitch McConnell isn’t even hiding the fact that he’s ready to steal another Supreme Court seat—just like he did with Merrick Garland in 2016—if given the chance. 

If Republicans retake the Senate majority next year, we could be looking at a 7-2 conservative majority on the Supreme Court.

We cannot let Mitch McConnell retake control. We have to fight with everything we have to protect and expand our Senate majority.
