Once again, on Thursday, September 23, 2021, Alliance For Children is participating in Communities Foundation of Texas’s North Texas Giving Day. Since 2009, this one-day online giving extravaganza has inspired North Texans and those across the country, to get up and give resulting in providing area nonprofits with crucial, year-round support for those they serve. As a result of COVID, the last couple of months have produced some of our highest numbers of children served since opening our doors in 1992 and we are continuing to prepare ourselves for the unknown. Every dollar ensures and opportunity to serve these child victims and their protective families completely free of charge, regardless of their needs. We invite you to join this movement of community giving on September 23 and help Alliance For Children reach our goal of $40,000 to make healing a reality for Tarrant County child abuse victims well into 2022. Sporting Clay Tournament Update Thank you to all who supported Alliance For Children’s Sporting Clay Tournament! With every pull, you helped shatter the silence of child abuse in Tarrant County. Every dollar raised goes to support child victims of abuse and their families. As Mayor Betsy Price said, when we protect children, we protect the future health and strength of our community. Thank you for joining us in our mission to protect Tarrant County children from child abuse through teamed investigations, healing services, and community education. View photos from the event here. Alliance For Children centers will be closed on Monday, July 5, in observation of Independence Day.
